Tyre type approval

BTMA welcomes recent government proposals to strengthen enforcement of the legal minimum performance requirements for tyres.  In its response to a recent consultation, BTMA has encouraged government to adopt a wider palette of civil sanctions to improve effectiveness.  These include Compliance notices, Enforcement undertakings and Third-party undertakings.
